Chipper Sitting Pad

By reclaiming foam remnants from NEMO's pad manufacturing, 8.8 tons of scrap foam have been kept out of the waste stream and what would have been 48 tons of carbon dioxide out of the air if made from a virgin foam production process. And from extensive testing, they dialed their remolding process to work well with the composite blend of multi-source waste foam to create just the right durability and deflection for seat comfort and longevity. Nesting hexagonal node technology from Switchback is employed for optimized node height, comfort, and the most efficient packed size.
